AI Motion Control ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI image and video creation tools through https://aimotioncontrol.co. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and operate the service:

Account information: Your name, email address, profile image, account ID, and sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information you choose to share with us. We never receive your Google password.
Content you provide: Prompts, images, videos, audio files, generation settings, and other material you upload or submit.
Generated content: Generated images and videos, task status, model selection, credit usage, and basic file details such as file type, size, and duration.
Payment information: Plan, order, subscription, payment status, amount, currency, billing email, and transaction identifiers. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, language, session information, referring source, and security or error logs.
Support messages: Information you include when you contact us.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to:

create and manage your account;
process your AI generation requests;
store and display your creations;
manage credits, payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds;
provide support and communicate with you;
protect the service from fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
maintain and improve the reliability of the service.

AI Motion Control does not currently train its own AI models using your uploaded content. We send the content needed for a generation request to the AI providers that process that request. Those providers apply their own privacy and data-use terms.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate AI Motion Control, including:

Google for account sign-in;
Stripe for payments and subscriptions;
Cloudflare R2 for file storage and delivery;
Supabase for database hosting; and
fal.ai and Replicate for AI generation.

These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services. Because they may operate in different countries, your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-site behavioral advertising. Uploaded and generated content is not placed in our public showcase without your permission.

Files may be delivered through unlisted cloud-storage links so our systems and AI providers can process them. Anyone who obtains the exact link may be able to access the file, so please do not share private media links with others.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language and interface preferences, prevent abuse, and remember the source that referred you to AI Motion Control. The referral-source cookie may remain for up to 30 days. Google Sign-In may also use cookies under Google's policies.

You can block cookies in your browser, but some account features may stop working. We do not currently use third-party behavioral advertising or analytics trackers on the production service.

5. Storage and Retention

We keep account, creation, and service data for as long as needed to provide the service. Payment and transaction records may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.

Deleting an item from My Creations removes it from your visible history, but stored files, backups, or provider records may take longer to be removed. To request deletion of your account data or stored media, email [email protected]. We may retain limited information when required by law or needed to resolve fraud, payment, or security issues.

6. Your Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, or object to certain uses of it. You can manage some information from your account or contact us at [email protected]. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request.

You can cancel a paid subscription from your billing settings or by contacting support.
