Terms of Service for AI Motion Control

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use AI Motion Control at https://aimotioncontrol.co. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. If you use AI Motion Control for a business or organization, you confirm that you have permission to act on its behalf.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and contact [email protected] if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Do not sell, share, or transfer your account in a way that creates fraud, abuse, or security risks.

3. AI Creation Service

AI Motion Control provides tools for motion control, image and video generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, lip sync, talking photos, and related features. Some requests are processed by third-party AI providers such as fal.ai and Replicate.

AI results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your intended use. A generation may fail, take longer than expected, or produce an unexpected result. You are responsible for reviewing any output before publishing or using it.

Models, features, processing times, and credit costs may change as the service develops.

4. Your Content and Generated Results

You keep the rights you already have in the prompts, images, videos, audio, and other content you upload. You give us permission to store, copy, send, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service, including sending it to our cloud and AI providers.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content, including permission to use another person's image, likeness, or voice when required.

As between you and AI Motion Control, you may use your generated results, including commercially when your plan allows it. Your use is still subject to applicable law and any restrictions of the selected model or provider.

We cannot guarantee that generated content is unique, protected by copyright, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for checking whether an output can legally be used for your intended purpose. You must disclose that content is AI-generated or edited when required by law or by the platform where you publish it.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Motion Control to:

  • break the law or violate another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual intimate content;
  • impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
  • create abusive or misleading deepfakes;
  • distribute malware, spam, phishing, or other harmful material;
  • bypass safety controls, payment requirements, or usage limits;
  • disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or
  • scrape, resell, or provide the service to others without our permission.

We may block content, restrict generations, suspend accounts, or report illegal activity when reasonably necessary to protect the service, our providers, or other people.

6. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Prices, plan features, credit costs, and credit-validity periods are shown on the pricing or checkout page. Different tools, models, durations, and quality settings may use different amounts of credits.

Credits are used only within AI Motion Control. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Promotional credits may have separate limits.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the billing period and price shown at checkout until canceled. You can cancel from your billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals according to the information shown in your account, but it does not automatically refund a completed payment.

When our system confirms that a generation failed or was canceled without producing an output, we normally return the credits reserved for that task.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep AI Motion Control available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits, safety checks, or other events may delay or interrupt the service.

We may add, change, or remove features and models. We will not apply a new price to a purchase that has already been completed.

8. AI Motion Control Content

The AI Motion Control name, website, software, design, documentation, and original site content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service itself.

9. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account if you break these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service.

After an account is closed, some information may remain as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment obligations and provisions that are intended to continue after termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

AI Motion Control and its outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent allowed by law, we do not make warranties about output quality, accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent allowed by law, AI Motion Control is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses caused by your use of the service. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Motion Control during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Important changes will receive additional notice when required.
